Refunds & Cancellations

Refund Policy:
At NuLife DNA Testing & Consulting, we prioritize transparency and strive to clearly communicate our refund policy. You may reschedule your appointment once without penalty, as long as we receive at least 24 hours’ notice.

Approved refunds will be issued within 10 business days from the date of your request to the original form of payment.

Please note that same-day appointment fees, mileage fees, and any lab processing fees are non-refundable.

If testing has begun but has not been completed, a partial refund may be provided, excluding costs for services already rendered.

General Booking

At NuLife DNA Testing & Consulting, we understand that urgent situations may arise and strive to accommodate same-day appointments whenever possible. These appointments require an additional urgency fee of $75, payable in full at the time of booking.

For scheduling purposes, same-day requests must be made at least one hour in advance. Please note that requests received after 4:00 PM EST may incur an additional fee. While we do our best to meet your needs, same-day appointments are subject to staff and resource availability and cannot be guaranteed.
